For agencies · Beirut / MENA
A video production partner for your agency.
F5 Refresh works with advertising, creative and marketing agencies that need cinematic video production for their clients. Bring a locked script, a treatment or an idea that needs developing. Human creative direction guides the film, with AI used to build and refine the imagery.
Start an agency briefFrom agency idea to finished film
You may already have the campaign strategy, brand guidelines and script. Or you may need the film’s visual approach developed from a proposition. The brief establishes where your work ends and production begins, so creative development, production and delivery are scoped together.
Commercials, brand films, animation and multi-format campaigns are produced from Beirut, Lebanon, for agencies across MENA and the Gulf. Briefing, reviews and approvals can take place remotely.
White-label production, with the arrangement agreed upfront
White-label production is available, subject to agreement for each project. Tell us how the studio should work with your agency and whether client-facing involvement is needed. Scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, usage rights and confidentiality arrangements are agreed before production. Communication, credits and publication permissions are also agreed for each project.
Creative control stays visible
The process has three approval stages: pre-production, production and post-production. Creative references and the proposed direction establish what the film should look and feel like before production progresses. Reviews then carry that direction through the imagery, edit and finish.
Identify who consolidates feedback and who signs off for the client. Approval stages are not a promise of unlimited revisions: the scope, review schedule and treatment of changes should be agreed for the project.
Scope the complete delivery
The work can include concept and script development, AI-directed production, editing, colour grading and sound. The deliverable list follows the brief. Specify the master film, cutdowns, aspect ratios and technical requirements rather than assuming every variation is included.
For a campaign, plan the hero film and social adaptations together. A short vertical ad needs its own framing and timing; it should not rely on cropping the final wide film at the end.
What to send for a production conversation
Share the client’s objective, intended audience and markets, script or treatment, brand references, intended placements, deliverable list and launch date. A working budget helps frame the scope. Flag any product details, character continuity or brand elements that must remain exact.
If the brief is confidential, start with a general outline by email and discuss the sharing arrangement before sending sensitive material. A portfolio credit is never a substitute for project-specific publication permission.
Bring the brief. Let’s find the film.
Share the audience, intended formats and launch date. Include the script or references you already have.
